All sprinters and jumpers, ages 13-18, to join the team as we begin our indoor conditioning and indoor season. From November 18th to February 5th, student athletes will train- 2 days a week, from 6:30pm to 8pm; Wednesday and Fridays at Crossfit BodyWerks in Littleton.The Olympia Track Club is committed to building a solid foundation in our training environment to ensure our student athletes are well equipped to succeed on and off the track. Athletes will be taught proper technique in lifting, running and jumping to ensure proper skills and growth development, while reducing potential risk of injury. Sprinters and Jumpers will train under a program designed to build a foundation of strength, speed, power, agility and many other skills necessary to be a successful athlete.

Fees for the Winter Season:
$275 for returning athletes paying by check. ($283 for any person paying online)
$325 for all new athletes paying by check. ($334 for any person paying online) price include uniform.

Ow! My Aching Back



Stop living with pain and get rolling with the Get Your Back on Track Program.

Join me on October 17th, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm, for the Get Your Back on Track program. This program utilizes three modalities (Release, Stretch, Strengthen) to alleviate pain in the lower back, hips and knees; improves your flexibility, range of motion, and your overall well being.

There are a multitude of factors that lead to trigger points in our muscles and adhesions in our fascia tissue which restrict our bodies natural ability to move and function appropriately and freely.

There are 3-levels in the Get Your Back on Track Program and which will be covered over 3, separate, 2-hour sessions. Where you will be guided through each level. You will learn how to release your trigger points, stretch your muscles and fascia, and strengthen the muscles and stabilize your joints. You will have the personal attention in the workshop to delve into the aspect of proper form, so you then can practice at home and in between the workshops. Together we will have you living a pain free life!


This program is ideal for people:

~ Those that work in an office setting all day and want to decrease their chronic lower back pain, improve their posture, and overall mobility and flexibility. Gain a stronger Core.
Or You Have:
Arthritis, Protruding/Bulging disc, Sciatic or sciatic like pain, Degenerative disc disease, Spondylosis , Back sprain or strain, IT Band Syndrome, Piriformis Syndrome, SI join dysfunction, pain from poor posture, non-specific low back pain and more, hip replacements

This program is NOT for:
*Malignant tumors, osteoporosis, Arteriosclerosis, Those on Blood thinner medications.

3. Handout covering Level 1 foam rolling, stretching and strengthening exercises.


Level 2
